What Is Relaxation?
Everybody has their own definition of relaxation. To many it is sitting in front of the tv after a hard day’s work. Reading a book with the lights turned down and soft music in the background for some will be the perfect way to end a day. A hot soak in the tub illuminated with candle light and the pleasant smell of scented oils at times can be a girl’s best friend. . Others find crafts and hobbies, outdoor activities such as camping and rock climbing, and even exercise a form of relaxation. Yoga, tai chi, breathing exercises, meditation, and visualization are a few of the most common forms of relaxation.

Relaxation is an important part of your healthy lifestyle. Most people have very long days between their job and kid’s activities. Remember to take some time out for yourself to reset your biological clock. It is one of the most important activities you can do to keep stress to a minimum and your mind sharp.
